Chakki Atta

Chakki Atta is a natural form of ground wheat with husk bran, germ, and endosperm without any additives or removals making it healthy and beneficial. Chakki Atta is widely used to make the staple daily bread of Indians- rotis/chapatis. Sunishta uses high quality stone-grinders to manufacture Chakki Atta, that can be used to make soft health rotis with up to 6 hours of softness. 

Maida

Maida is a by-product of the wheat-grain, made from its endosperm. It is used to make different types of bread, sweets and pastries. Maida has less nutritional value than Atta but at Sunishta wheat is procured from the golden wheat-fields of  MP and Rajasthan and processed using super quality roller mills to manufacture Maida that attempts to retain as many nutrients to get you the best quality Maida.

Sooji

Sooji also known Rava is the made from the coarse durum of wheat. Sooji can be used to make Upma, puddings like Halwa, etc. Sooji is rich in protein, fiber, vitamins, iron and magnesium.
